Rich started with JHC in 2005 as part of the project management team. Rich and his team manage the company’s largest retail clients across 50 states, and he has successfully supervised over 200 million dollars of construction. With his successful leadership, the team will have 15 major projects under construction at any given time.

Prior to becoming Director, Rich worked as an assistant project manager, project manager, and senior project manager. He is committed to focusing on critical issues facing the company and looking ahead to strategic planning efforts and long-term business initiatives.

When he’s not in the office, Rich enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, and sport shooting.
