We are currently hiring traveling jobsite superintendents. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience in retail store construction, however, consideration to past experience in construction supervision in a related field will be taken.
Duties include complete on-site coordination of all subcontractors, their work, scheduling, material purchases, owner furnished equipment, client and building department inspections. Must possess the ability to read and understand plans and specifications to the highest degree. Must be familiar with the aspects of all architectural, mechanical and electrical trades. Must possess the ability to perform and check layout for all trades. Long-term travel out of state is required for most projects.
